Sarah Campbell

Sarah qualified into residential property in January 2004 and embraced agricultural property by virtue of her first role with Lodders at their Shipston on Stour office. Sarah’s career has been defined by working in rural practices and includes a role being partner in charge of the Moreton in Marsh office for Kendall and Davies Solicitors. After a career break to care for family members, Sarah worked as a locum solicitor for 6 years before commencing employment at Masefield solicitors in January 2025.

In her free time Sarah enjoys being out walking, open air swimming, kayaking with family members as well as being involved in theatre and film.

Sarah’s work areas include freehold and leasehold transactions; sales, purchases, transfers of houses, land, barns, offices; adverse possession applications; unregistered land dealings; remortgages; transfers of equity; commercial leases.
