Emma Davies TEP LLB (Hons)

Emma obtained her law degree at Aberystwyth University in 2013 and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2014. Emma qualified as a solicitor in April 2017 after completing her training contract with the firm. 

Emma completed her STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates in June 2017 making her a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners. Emma also completed the Solicitors for the Elderly client care in practice award in May 2018 and became a full member of the Solicitors for the Elderly in April 2020. 

Emma accepted associate membership of the firm on 3rd April 2020 and became a member on 1st July 2020.

Work areas: wills, trusts, estates (probate), inheritance tax planning, powers of attorney, property and conveyancing.
