Emma Davies TEP LLB (Hons)

Emma studied law at Aberystwyth University and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University before moving from South Wales to start her training contract with the firm. Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2017, completed her STEP diploma in Trusts and Estates in the same year and became a full member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners. Emma’s main area of expertise includes wills, lasting powers of attorney and trust and estate administration and she became a full accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers (formerly Solicitors for the Elderly) in 2020 .

Emma accepted associate membership of the firm on 3rd April 2020 and became a member on 1st July 2020.

In her free time, Emma enjoys cycling, walking up the Malvern Hills with her dog, snowboarding and reading.
